GRAND HAVEN, MI — Shape, a Grand Haven-based automotive supplier, is looking to fill 150 openings.
The openings all for all shifts and pay a minimum of $13.50 per hour, the company says. There’s a 50-cent premium for second- and third-shift.
“The majority of positions are entry to mid-level manufacturing roles”, said Tim Wiseman, Talent Acquisition Manager for Shape Corp. “All of our shifts are available for those individuals eager to jump back into the workforce and advance their career in the automotive industry.”
The positions come with benefits, paid time-off and quarterly bonuses. The company also offers professional development and tuition reimbursement. To offer flexibility for workers with limited daytime availability during the week, the company is creating a weekend days position and nights position, the company said.
Those interested in applying for a job can do so at shapecorp.com/careers or text SHAPE to 97211. The company says it’s hosting virtual job fairs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and that an appointment can be made to speak with a recruiter by phone.
Shape, a private company, was founded in 1974. It employs more than 4,000 people and has 17 facilities worldwide.
